However, Pivot Tables are the only tables where we can store our data.

01. You have to fulfill Excel basic requirements to create a Pivot Table

    A. All Columns must have one name


B. Inside the Table does not allow any blank cells



C. Need at list one cell datatype in Number formate for doing calculation purposes


02. Click inside the Table, then click Insert menu & from list need to click Pivot Table as per below picture.



After Click OK, system will show like this window-



03. Now we need to arrange Pivot Table data as per our requirements.
