During our daily work activities sometimes we need to split/ separate /divide one column data into multiple columns in Excel. If our data volume is less normally we did with a manual process but if we need to work with hung data/database report then it's very difficult for us to start separating columns/cells manually. After watching this video, I hope you can understand the "text to columns" feature in a better way or new way and can use it in your daily life.

Step-by-Step Process :

First, we need to select the columns/cell which we want to split/ separate/divide one column data into multiple columns in Excel.

2nd, Need to Click on Data Menu, and from the Submenu, you need to select Text to Column Function as per the below picture marks.

3rd Step - We need to select Others and input our separation symbol after that click next-

Finally, we need to do the below process to get the final result.
